Acceptance of Terms By registering for the Isaac waitlist ("Waitlist"), you ("you" or "User") agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not submit your information. These Terms are entered into between you and Isaac (a project incorporated in the British Virgin Islands) and govern your participation in the Waitlist and related community channels.

The Waitlist does not constitute an offering of any security, financial product, or investment. Access to any Isaac product remains subject to future eligibility assessments, regulatory approvals, and product availability, which may vary by jurisdiction.

Waitlist Registration By joining the Waitlist, you acknowledge and agree that: Joining the Waitlist does not guarantee access to Isaac or any related product. Isaac reserves the right to determine the timing, order, and criteria for Waitlist invitations at its sole discretion. Your position on the Waitlist may change and is not guaranteed. Isaac may cancel or suspend the Waitlist at any time without prior notice.

Community Channels (Telegram & Discord) Isaac may invite Waitlist participants to join official Telegram and Discord communities. By participating in these channels, you agree to: Conduct yourself respectfully and in accordance with each platform's community guidelines. Refrain from sharing misleading, harmful, or unauthorised information about Isaac. Not engage in spam, price manipulation discussions, unsolicited promotions, or impersonation. Isaac reserves the right to remove users from community channels for any violation of these standards, without notice.

No Financial or Investment Advice Nothing communicated through the Waitlist, our website, or our community channels constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. All content is provided for informational purposes only. Isaac is a Shariah-compliant product; however, prospective users should conduct their own independent due diligence and, where appropriate, seek advice from qualified financial, legal, or Shariah advisors. Isaac makes no warranty as to fitness for any particular purpose.

Regulatory Disclaimer Isaac is not currently registered as a money service business, bank, or financial institution in any jurisdiction unless explicitly stated. Access to Isaac products may be restricted or unavailable in certain jurisdictions based on applicable laws and regulations. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your participation in the Waitlist or use of any future Isaac product complies with the laws of your jurisdiction. Isaac expressly reserves the right to restrict access from certain jurisdictions at its discretion. Residents or citizens of the United States, and any jurisdiction where offering or sale of digital assets is restricted, may be excluded from future product access.

Intellectual Property All content associated with Isaac, including but not limited to its name, logo, product design, documentation, and communications, is the exclusive property of Isaac and its licensors. By joining the Waitlist, you receive no licence, right, or interest in any Isaac intellectual property. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use Isaac branding without express written consent.

Data and Privacy Your use of the Waitlist is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering, you consent to the collection and processing of your email address and community handles as described therein.

Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Isaac and its founders, officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for: Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your participation in the Waitlist. Any loss of data, revenue, or opportunity resulting from delays, cancellations, or changes to the Isaac product or Waitlist. Actions taken by third-party platforms including Telegram or Discord. Isaac's total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed USD $100.

Indemnification You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Isaac and its affiliates from any claims, losses, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms, your misuse of community channels, or your violation of any applicable law.

Modifications Isaac may amend these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on our website or communicated through community channels. Your continued participation in the Waitlist after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution These Terms are governed by the laws of the British Virgin Islands, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be referred to binding arbitration in the British Virgin Islands in accordance with applicable arbitration rules. You waive any right to participate in a class action.

Severability If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Isaac with respect to the Waitlist and supersede all prior communications, representations, or agreements.
